Fire Safety: the NLA helped to establish whether local authorities or fire brigades take the lead in inspecting property. This reduced the threat to members of more inspections with different standards.
Improved Sector Representation: The N L A has joined forces with the UK Association of Letting Agents.
The Association works in co-operation with national and local government to support the private-rented sector.
